I’m an RN and my school at the time didn’t teach me any of this! Can someone please recommend a summarized text book for these skills, and what antiseptic wipe are we talking about before or after? Alcohol prep? Is that what you mean?
Didn’t give the resident privacy, didn’t clean it. If you are gonna do the skill and put it on utube, do it correct. I would fail, if I listen to you. And u are a nurse?
Exactly. There was another nurse on TH-cam, that had mad a hand washing mistake. I went back and forth with her about that missed step. She refused to admit she was wrong. I hope, if I become a CNA I never want to work under a nurse that can't admit her faults.
William Trull trust me, most of these nurses be trash. I’m a student at a nursing home and every nurse in there don’t listen to what the D.O.N says it’s ridiculous and they’re not helpful at ALL. They give you silly looks when you try to report something or if you ask for any type off assistance🙄 where did they find this place and who did the hiring.? It’s like an elementary school in there. All they do is talk behind people’s backs and then smile in their face. I guess that’s why I don’t mingle around. FAKE around there. It’s only maybe two, no more than five cool people there that I still have to question, but their energy is okay. Sorry for the rant but nurses be trash 🗑 dumpster style.... It could just be that place... idk 😐
