Completed 10 days Vipasanna meditation course from Markal centre,Pune , Maharashtra.
I have been hearing about Vipasanna for quite few years and finally was able to convince myself to take up and complete the course.
By far those 10 days were a unique experience for me and opportunity to discover myself.
It’s a complete scientific course and has no co relation with any religion.
It’s a notion that course is painful and impossible to complete.
Definitely it’s challenging but one can easily complete the course if he/she is willing to learn the science behind meditation.
Eg- When you are ill, one willingly visits a doctor and request for injections/medication and completes the given course to recover.
One should attend Vipassana course only when you feel you need it or want to discover the art of controlling your mind. It’s a cake walk then!
