I watched the VOD like 5 times and you can see his LADA in the woods for s split second at the 5:01:57 mark to the right of the truck's A pillar. I actually watched it back at 25% speed to see it. He hooked a right into the woods and then I think Barmby was just blinded by the truck's giant A pillar which is why it looked like he just disappeared. I'm also guessing that he had someone waiting at the base since he'd have to get both vehicles back to wherever he's taking them. Also I agree with Barmby, that story sucked 😂
Right before you met Eric and the sick dude David the car had driven by. The sick dude said “you said you were a reporter?”. Well you never said to David that you were a reporter. These guys were all working together based on the transmitter conversation.
