I have been wondering how you stay so clean while you paint, and now I know, you take your time. We live is such a fast paced world, we can forget to slow down and enjoy what we are doing. I love your ideas on decorating your home and garden. It looks like, and feels like going on holiday just watching and listening to you. It has taken a bit of time to understand your speech, but I love it. I from Michigan, USA, have been to Ireland twice, hoping to get back at least once more before traveling is to much. You were just adorable to watch! I think you paint more than I do and my husband tells me I paint too much LOL I love the idea of the multiple pictures. I think I'm going to go through the album of pictures my cousin took of nature and find a bunch of flowers so that I can do is spring time collage on my family room wall. Living in the desert we don't really have a beautiful spring as a flowers die off so fast when the heat comes so I enjoy my seasons through pictures on the wall. You mentioned how dark and dreary Ireland is and I had to laugh. We sometimes say we're sick and tired of the intense Sun here in Phoenix and when a cloudy or even a rainy day comes it's like a state holiday for us and we all enjoy it. If you were ever tired of the dreary weather you're more than welcome to come to Phoenix on holiday. You and Blondie keep up the good videos I truly enjoy them
Oh and by the way I watched a video not too long ago about house cleaning (yeah I was really bored that day but not bored enough to clean my own house 🤣) in the video this person suggested tying a dryer fabric softener sheet around a broom and use it to dust your walls. This person claims that the smells from the dryer sheet help to keep spiders away. It's worth a shot. 🤷

Oh Catherine…trust me you aren’t the only one with cobwebs, dust, and spiders lurking in your kitchen. Sometimes I have “dust dinosaurs” roaming in my house…😂 I love how you come up with a plan, not sure it will work/look good, but know you’re not committed and can change it. Great idea getting rid of the shelf and putting up the gold frames with flowers. First, it made your kitchen look bigger and second the pictures add a touch of nature/class to the wall. The gold paint pen was such a good choice over black. I’ve seen the black sharpie ship lap which looks good but you were right that it would be too dark. The gold lines go with the gold frames obviously but that makes it cohesive. Love the new look! Great job and I can’t wait to see your cabinets and new countertop!!! Blessings 🙏
Catherine I am a bit late but like I’ve said before, you are an amazing young woman in all that you accomplish. I’ve slowly been organizing and cleaning too. Next will be touching up the baseboards in the hall and my two bathrooms. I found a beautiful seaside large framed with double matting picture at a charity shop here in the States for $13.99 to put in my dining room and replace a picture that I moved to my bedroom. Love the change as the ocean views go with the two other prints I have on each side of my gold mirror over my Nana’s sideboard. Change is so good, love your paint color and the prints are lovely. I love all the pretty flowers. Ingenious idea with the black marker. Your kitchen so cozy. I love the mirror change too. Love seeing Blondie. I’m trying to live a cleaner, healthy lifestyle too. Catherine I am a bit late but like I’ve said before, you are an amazing young woman in all that you accomplish. I’ve slowly been organizing and cleaning too. Next will be touching up the baseboards in the hall and my two bathrooms.
I found a beautiful seaside large framed with double matting picture at a charity shop here in the States for $13.99 to put in my dining room and replace a picture that I moved to my bedroom. Love the change as the ocean views go with the two other prints I have on each side of my gold mirror over my Nana’s sideboard.
Change is so good, love your paint color and the prints are lovely. I love all the pretty flowers. Ingenious idea with the black marker. Your kitchen so cozy. I love the mirror change too.
