Sad thing is he probably won't get a DUI it will be pleated down to a reckless driving. I'm sure this isn't the first time he's done this and he knows what he's doing. That is the DUI laws are a law that the rich can get out of 100% of the time. All you have to do is not give permission to be tested. If you do not blow there is no evidence and a good lawyer will get you out of it 100% of the time it just cost money in which he has. So I don't want to hear people saying that he wasn't driving drunk or impaired when he gets out of it. It's just that he spent a lot of dough getting the charges changed. Only 2 hours in the drunk tank is nothing. All you have to do is have your lawyer come and pick you up they'll probably release you to him even if your hammered
