How old is she?! My boyfriend and I just adopted two kittens, and our kitten, Anya, looks kind of similar to her but not as big. They said she was a Domestic Long Hair Mix, but I wonder if she's part Ragdoll!
@@madeleineworden2603 she is going to be 5 months on the 10th of this month😁 There are similar breeds that look similar like Birman. Most pure bred rag dolls have blue eyes aswell😊 She could be a ragdoll but you’d have to look into it abit more if you wanted to find out exactly what kind😁x

Nala is gorgeous! I was a cat Mom to Mittens until I had to say goodbye. I lost her this past Feb and had her for 14 years. I wish though that someone had given me some tips and precautions before she came home with me. I'll give you just a couple. As she grows, please check her teeth at least once a week. If she gets used to having them checked, she may not freak like Mittens did. I checked her teeth, but more like when she seemed to have an issue. One eye tooth in the front top broke in half. Another eye tooth in the back bottom split. That was 2 expensive vet visits. I advise you to get pet health insurance, but find out which vet you will take her to and make sure of which insurances that Vet accepts. I was told by my vet that Raggies are seen more often for health issues than other pure breeds. Have her blood tested once each year to check for liver disease. I know this sounds like a lot because Raggies have not been around long enough yet to become a hardier breed, so they get sick often. I've had kitties my whole life (62) and never had a cat that got as sick as Mittens. She was in a hospital for an unknown infection, had 2 teeth pulled, then passed from liver disease! The other issue she was fighting, even as a baby, was not using the litter box properly. Her tail was too long, so EVERYTHING got stuck at the end of her tail. If Nala has this issue, I just clipped the fur back at the end of her tail. With this, she was ok till she turned 10. For the last 4 years, I had to clean up messes all over my house, and once she got into this habit, she stayed with it. I could not break her. I tried many ways to encourage her to use her potty. They like repetition, so when they get used to one way of doing something, bad or good, I found her to be very stubborn! I hope Nala will be a good girl for you. One last thing... Brush, brush, brush, brush, brush her! Bathing is not so good for them but they must be brushed or large clumps will appear. If you got her a year ago, now is a good time to start on these things, unless you already have. They are intensely loving and so intuitive! I'm sure you are crazy in love with her so I hope she will not get sick or have teeth issues at any time!
So cute....Ragdolls are the best ...when you come home from work she'll be waiting to greet you at the door......yes they're demanding ....but great fun ...I play hide and seek with mine!
Beautiful nala. We have a male blue point rag doll called bodhi. He is 11months now. We have had so much fun from him, he is always into mischief and always investigating. So will get soooo much enjoyment from Nala. TX
She is very cute. But ragdoll is a breed which should not be left alone too much and is very attention needy. More than other breeds in comparison.. why did u decide to get a ragdoll when first of all you only got one and not two and second of all when you are away from home most of the time?
She’s been absolutely fine😁 we are aware they are very social, but we’ve had her over a year now and she’s still as lovely and happy and cuddly as she was when we got her. We have thought about getting another for her so she has a friend but we arnt sure how she will be as when we first picked her up she had all her brothers and sisters and she was hiding away a lot, which since we bought her home she’s been the complete opposite.
