@@AirportAction It's generally known with Cival Aviation fans that the 747 is the Queen of the sky's and Airbus A380 is the King of the sky's.

I can’t believe it’s been 53 years since I saw my first 747 a Pan Am example , and yet I still get excited , like I did on day one . I had my first 747 flight in 1981 , and many have followed . I suppose there is something good about being a “ senior “ ..cheers Kev , you made my day .

Great video. I saw in Early December, Very early in the morning like 5:30am a 747 going into BHX. I wonder if it's to do with the STS contract for the Wagtail 737 for RAF. (£1.51Bn) deal to purchase five E-7 Wedgetail aircraft. The E-7 fleet will replace the current E-3D Sentry aircraft 🤔

I don't think it's anything to do with the STS Wedgetail contract. Nice to see such a variety of 747 and other large cargo aircraft at Brum BHX.

From all reports the wedge tail will be based at RAF Lossiemouth in Scotland.
I would assume any cargo related to the project would be sent to bases nearby for transport.
However your theory would give reason for the 747 to be here,as costs become irrelevant in Military
Matters.
