Body off frame restored. It has what you want- Big block, 4-speed, a/c, power disc brakes, power steering and more. It's pretty easy on the eyes too!
EXTERIOR: Oh, she's slick! Arrow straight body with no rust or damage. The panels fit square and flush. SS hood. Mirror finish black paint, no vinyl roof. Other than minor imperfections you would have to look for, it is looks amazing. The tail panel is satin black, correct for an SS. All the chrome and stainless trim was replaced. Even the vent window frames were replaced, dual bowtie mirrors. 15x8 rally wheels have new sparkling trim and new Cooper tires. New windshield, weatherstrips and seals.
INTERIOR: Upholstery, door panels, carpet, headliner were replaced. Most of the trim pieces are new- armrests, cranks, handles, mirror, visors, seat backs etc. Most of the dash trim is replaced- new dash pad, chrome bezels, heater control panel and deluxe steering wheel. Factory center console with original style shifter.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: 396 big block with a GM aluminum intake and dual feed Holley carb. Modern heat and air conditioning system. Correct power steering with remote reservoir. New power brake system with cadmium plated booster. Hoses and wires are new. It's very fresh, many new parts.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and jamb are glossy. Solid trunk compartment was spatter painted. The weatherstrip, mat, seat divider were replaced. It has a jack and spare.
UNDERSIDE: The body was off the frame and the entire chassis was rebuilt. The front end steering and suspension is all replaced and clean. In back it's upgraded with boxed control arms, new shocks and bushings. Dual exhaust system with Thrush mufflers and welded joints. The brake system was completely rebuilt, upgraded to disc in front. E-brake assembly, brake lines, hoses were all replaced. The fuel system is all new including the tank, sending unit and fuel line. Looking up at the motor it looks brand new, the fuel pump and starter are new. Muncie M20 4-speed trans, it all looks fresh including the linkage. Rebuilt drive shaft goes to a 12 bolt posi rear end. The floors are painted gloss black and all appears to be clean metal. It is fresh and detailed nicely.
This SS stands for Super Sexy! It is a slick ride. She sounds great too. Fresh frame off restoration, there are not too many items on this car that aren't new!

As another viewer commented, the 66-67s were the absolute ultimates for Chevelle hands down. And it's hard to find one nicer than this. I agree, this paint is likely better than factory. Black on black, with a 396/4 spd, who could want more? Great car for the money and won't last long.
That was me, Robert. The 66-67 SS396/427 Chevelle were the ultimate. 👌 Not to take anything away from the 68-70 SS396/454 Chevelle. I came of Muscle Car awareness in 67, as I turned 16 yrs old. The 66/67 will always be my favs.
Wow under 70 grand this is a working man's Muscle Car it's absolutely gorgeous.
Great presentation especially when you start with such a remarkable body, the 66,67 were in my humble opinion the best who Wouldn’t love triple black, 4 speed and rally’s.then when you hear it run the deal is done!!

You couldnt've said it any better! The 64s were nice, the 65s better, but the 66-67s were perfection .... Esp with a 396 & 4 spd. .... and black on black, awesome! This car won't last long.
