Thanks for sharing.
I love rhubarb pie and so did my dad so I would make one for him every year. I still wish he was alive so I could make another one. No one else in my family cares for them. Actually most people around our area here in North central Texas don’t even know what it is. When those rare times when a grocery has fresh rhubarb the checkers didn’t know what it was or they thought it was odd celery 🤭
LOL! Rhubarb seems to be a regional food.
Your cake and jam looks delicious! And you are so blessed to have a little pantry!! Nice!!
Nice little area you have there! It looks great. The extra shelves really helps and you still have room to move around in there.
Enjoyed😅
My husband grew up on rhubarb recipes but never had rhubarb cake...take care.
The cake looks so yummy and pretty! 🍓🎂i hope you had a Happy Birthday! Nice job on utilizing your storage space so well!
Well I hope you had a wonderful birthday! I think its wonderful that you do the all the canning! People don't do things like this the way they used to so many years ago sadly. You always make the sweetest videos of you & your families lives and i truly appreciate it😊
Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing your jam recipe! I picked up a jam machine last year from FB marketplace. It cooks and stirs the jam so I can do other things while it is cooking. I just made peach jam with peaches that I picked at a local farm last weekend. Will be trying your recipe if I can find some rhubarb, which I love!
Sounds great!
It always feels good to have things cleaned and organized. It makes things flow smoother. What do you use the wheat berries for?
I have not tried them yet, but I hope to grind them into flour.
