This guy really comes out here and drops a 9 minute song that's so creative and fucking banger that it never gets repetetive and stays entertaining the entire time
@@bigfootlza6177 the purge is a pretty shit way to control population considering the property damage and y'know I doubt there would be enough deaths in one night to curb the population.
This is a masterpiece. It gives three very real perspectives and conveys the atmosphere of each beautifly; the 1st part having a middle-eastern Sitar-sounding beat that's broken-up and reminiscent of an explosive weapon. The 2nd part sounding patriotic and western at times, incorporating historical anthems and themes with an A-Team type of vibe, and the 3rd having a popular-sounding trap beat, pertaining to the average citizens and future generations of the USA who are going to have to try and clean up the mess we all started. This is one of the best songs ever recorded.
Definitely agree with you. For me the song at first just conveyed the history of events on the war of terrorism and the reaction to it. At the beginning, there is a offensive feel in the music with the attacking terrorist followed by the reaction of the US government which also had a very offensive beat to it. Then, in the last part, after our feelings of the war start to sink in, it turns into selfish views for economic prosperity and people then started to fear actually going to war because we have beleived to become more self aware about what was going on and the music expressed that with petrifying sounds that almost reflect sounds that we hear from horror movies that with acoustic build ups that have uncertainty and fear. I personally don’t think that the war was caused for economic gain, but I did appreciate how lil Darkie implemented his message. I feel like a lot of people don’t listen to the actual lyrics and piece together what he is trying to say.
Yeah that's I Think what he wanted to do with the song which is really creative in my opinion and shows again that he is an artist that puts a lot of effort in his songs and really actually uses his brain. Btw though in this song it's portrayed like that but ISIS does not mean Iraq or middle east or the other way around. I personally am not from the middle east but it's still pretty important cause a lot of people get that mixed up. The country or Islam and ISIS are not the same. So not every middle eastern or every muslim supports the ISIS. Actually a lot of them don't. They're just normal people. Just wanted to put that out there for maybe others also who get confused about that. To anybody who is reading this, have a good day and take care of yourself, you deserve it :)
He did, but he does have a point, from western society, no one really pays attention to what the "Terrorist" organizations are really fighting for, they were vibing with Oil and America basically said fuck you and took it. So they got mad and got labeled terrorists when in reality america is the terrorists.
@@izriel7779 It's really a gray area of morality. When you think about it, you can understand why terrorists are doing what they do, though that does not excuse the attacks on the public. With America though, they do the same things but the media rarely covers it. It's sad
