The hair flipping at the end is a whole mood. Also, I’d be super interested to see more in depth of the process of using leave in conditioners and creams before straightening. I always want to add extra hydration and moisturizers before flat ironing, but I thought that was a no-no. Yours turned out great so it must work the way you do it!

I personally like these to brush it out and then actually straighten because it doesn’t look silky. It looks stiff and a little frizzy but overall great.

Love your videos 😍 been with you for years. I haven't blow dry and flat iron my hair in a year but will this December. I am currently doing an experiment of not cutting or trimming my hair only my split ends for a year. I am 4 months in and 2 inches of growth now at waist length again in natural state and stretch it reaches close to tailbone. My goal hopefully is classic length but March 2022. I love your results gorgeous 😍 my hair is ethnic cruly wavy hair, I did loss density due to oils and rice water that did not work for me sadly but it is recovering my density is coming back over these 2 years I am happy. Anyways love your videos 💕 one request I would love to see you try Victorian and/or Edwardian hairstyles, I am doing some lately but would love to see your inspiration on those type of hairstyles 🤗

I have thin curly hair, not as dense as yours, and I got the Amika hot brush a few years ago and the comb is too wide to reach all of the hair strands. If I knew there were smaller combs like this, I would have tried this instead! I would love to know an update on how you clean these types of tools. I've read all sorts of suggestions, but I think that is the biggest downside with these hot combs/brushes. If anyone has successfully cleaned theirs, please share!!
I’d like to see you do a video on that new COLD HAIR SMOOTHER! Don’t remember the name at the moment…I LOVE putting my fingers through my hair after it’s straightened too! The first time I got it done was when I was about 23! My hair was almost the same length but a bit less curly than yours…It was an incredible experience!

Yes! I’m really interested in trying it since it claims to be much, much less damaging than heated straightening tools! And I have very dry hair, so I’m very interested in any tool that doesn’t make my hair look like a haystack! 😁

Im not a fan of these tymo straighteners tho. My ends looked terrible and i had to do so many passes just to make it completely straight. Ended up finishing my hair at like 1am bc of how long it took lmao. Others might have a different experience.

Been looking for this comment. I bought the tymo but it seemed to blow the fuses in the two adapters I used even thought it claimed to work with our voltage. Perhaps ensure it is an adapter with no fuse so a simpler one that connects straight into the mains. Good luck.

You need to do a silk press. This styling method is NOT for mixed texture hair. I'm mixed too, that's how I know. If you want to get that frizz and fluff out, trust me, do a silky press. You won't regret it.

Do I?!?! Haha. I've spent a grand total of about 3 months in the states in my entire life. I think I got subconsciously conditioned to americanise my voice a little bit for a global audience. Lots of non-native speakers have trouble understanding a british accent.
