I’m 18 and stated welding when I was 17 your videos helped me through my level one welding course and I was comparable to the people that have been welding for 13 years I love these just have to work on my verticals thank you so much
Doing fillet welds right now, but filling the entire thing up in so many layers. Used 30 rods of 7018 in class today!!! Good video, will help for next time.
Before you start welding, are you drying first your 7018 stick welding? Or direct welding no need to dry? Because whe i use 7018 always not continuesly firing, easy for firing but not continuesly, i test with 4" pipe sch40 with 80A 5G position.
What’s the camera you’re using on your helmet I want to recommend it to some of these other channels it’s so clear and amazing to see it’s so addicting
Hello, Victor!😁😁 Assuming that the amperage is appropriate, the most important thing is the length of the arc. Try to keep the arc as short as possible! Then, if the direction of the welding is from left to right, tilt the angle of the welding rod to the left a little more! Let's hope this helps! thanks for watching!😎😎
Your last pass should be at an angle about 15 degrees off of the bottom plate so your rod is more straight in on the top plate and not a 45 degree angle. This shows the angle of the 3rd pass…th-cam.com/video/x2dlTqc7SaI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Xt-7i9eevoAZyKBk

Ok😉
Why did you not clean all slag off before you started the second and third weld if that was a b3nd test it would cause serious problems
You're right.
If we're going to do a bending test,
we have to keep it clean!
