Update for ligtfastness test: after 5 months on my window, most of the reds, pinks and purple faded badly, some even dissapeared completely :( yellow and orange colors also faded, some green colors had changed their hue, but the blues, greys, and earthy colors held up quite ok, with no significant changes. i will be only using these in my sketchbooks in the future. hope that was helpful!
Ooh I didn't realize the colors came in tubes! I also heard many things about how hard it is or how tricky it is to layer but I never had any problems myself.
me either, when i was in bejing last month I saw a few other traditional paint brands from china japan and Korea that come in tubes or powdered form, very fascinating 😮
thank you! ah i wish i could post a picture in the comment! i was gonna make a post about it nex month when it's been on the window for 6 months. some of the reds and pinks are completely gone 🫠but earthy color and the blues are still doing ok.
@@ultramarine_finest that would be super handy if you could post pictures 😅 Such a shame about the reds fading! Still beautiful paints and look fun to have in my collection. I will keep an eye out for the post

I’ve thought about purchasing the circular pans many times because they look so unique. I too didn’t know they had tubes
yeah i've never seen paints like that! and the tubes cost about the same as the round pans, so they probably hold similar amount of paints :)
The little church is so adorable and your street painting turned out lovely! But I really like your seashell palette - where did you get it from?
aww thank you so much! i got the seashell palette on sostrenegrene.com although im not sure if it's still available depending on where you are 🥹
@@ultramarine_finest Ah, they even have a shop in my city, but only seem to have plastic palettes in stock right now. Thank you for the info, though!
@@WingedJedi yeah they change their products two or three times a year, sometimes they have very interesting art accessories so keep an eye on them :p
@@ultramarine_finest Thank you!
