You are so right, I've heard from others that a divorce is like a death so there is a process of grief. I remember at the beginning, Tim did ask us to give you both some time to process what was happening and decide the way forward. I realize you were done, and as you said, you are highly emotional so may not have given yourself enough time to process everything before making a decision. At least you have learnt a lot from this experience and I hope this video will help many others who may face this type of decision. Nevi is extremely happy with you and in most divorces it's the mother who is stable and is there for the kids 100 percent of time. I am proud of you I read the messages when people were saying go back to Jamaica etc. that's surely not the best move. When you move perhaps ask nevi do you like the room etc. Regarding the move to apartment or house, write down pros and cons, yes house have garden to maintain and you may have to pay but it's the same for a gated community house you have to pay monthly maintenance etc. Noise level and neighbors and the schools and being with the ethnicity

That’s why I made sure to mention to go the correct route and go to a Domestic Violence Center where there are resources for victims , from there they’ll assist with putting a protective order in place, that’s better than running off with the child because if there’s no proof that there was ever violence in the home that can be used against the parent if the abuser challenges the parent and then can be forced to share custody especially if there’s no report ever made , it will be a he said she said situation
