The display quality on the S21 ultra seems to be much more higher quality, brighter and more vivid than on the pixel even tho the S21 is a year older model.
I just got the Pixel 7 Pro in November 2022 and not even 3 months later the screen started flickering really bad. Google customer service is no help whatsoever when it comes to a replacement device. I had the S21 Ultra before and 0 issues with it till I dropped it from over 30 ft. So now I went to Verizon for the replacement within warranty and they told me that I can chose between the pixel 7 pro or the S21 Ultra I originally had before I shattered it. Guess which phone is coming in the mail on 2 - 3 days?😅
It's not a defective unit. Google has low quality hardware in their phones. Hence, the issues with connectivity, Bluetooth, screen issues etc. That tensor chip is garbage as well. I have the 7 pro and it stutters and lags etc.
I went from a Huawei p30 pro to a pixel 7 pro and it was a mistake. The battery on the pixel 7 pro is awful, it gets very hot and its glitchy at times. I hate it and will be getting rid of it. The screen feels very plastic and cheap too. The biggest issue i have is that i cant connect my HDMI cable to my tv through my pixel so i can use my cycling apps. Its not supported by the pixel 7 pro. 0:29
I agree esp the heating issue,also barely using it for a year and i experienced a lot of lags and glitch already,going back to samsung on my next upgrade..
Pixel 7 pro is better overall, as it should be, it released this year in 2022. The s21 ultra is no slouch though and is giving the pixel 7 a run for it's money
