Good stuff man! The signal on that entry sensor can be bypassed. The receiver (3 wire sensor) signal wire is a 5 volt pull down. If you ground it, the module sees 0V all the time and allows you to travel. If it sees 5V it thinks the sensor is blocked. This would only work if the sensors have failed. There is a separate module for this system, if that failed you would have to replace it or turn off the feature with the software as you mentioned.
@@octaviocarrillo5954 interesting, I tried to bi-pass it a few times but I had no luck. The sensors were functioning, it just had a bunch of water and acid around the eye lids. I didn’t know about grounding the signal wire. Thank you 🙏🏻
love the content bro, Always learning new things for my trade, One thing id recommend is a hydrometer for those batteries
I appreciate the advice 🙏🏼

nice seeing a hangcha in the us, im a technician based in sweden that works on hangcha. good quality for the price. never seen one with i guess gel batteries? anyhow really easy to work on.
@@davidvolmgren3032 yeah it has gel batteries instead of a big industrial battery. I guess it was cheaper that way
Thanks for the content bro. Another great video.

Do you do much on Crown stuff, Im a crown engineer and would love to get more info from you more experienced guys, as I'm finding that fixing forklift trucks is mainly down to experience rather than being taught in a classroom environment.
@@chrisbarber1187 yes sir, I actually enjoy working on crown lift trucks! What do you need to know?
Sir I got a manual of Raymond . Model 7500/7520

China uses 220v one hot leg. Would need a step up transformer. USA needs two hot legs single phase for that.
@@ernestmccollum2397 correct 👍🏼
It's nice to get lucky sometimes. Hey, that cardboard on the overhead guard, you should tell them to take it off. They probably won't do it but you don't want them blaming you when they have an accident because they couldn't see what was going on at full lift.
@@rogerthomas1982 that’s actually a good point 👍🏼
Hi mr forklift guy, great videos, do you measure chain and fork wear when you do your services? What are the wear limits in thd uk? Cheers
What are the wear limits in the usa?
@@robblount1299 great question, I will address this question in a later video. Cheers 🙏🏻
@@theforkliftguy in the uk its 10% max heel wear on forks and 3% elongation on the chain
Hangcha…the only Chinese forklift brand I could think of. Wait what Heli is Chinese?
