Does anyone know how to FIX this!!!?

Man this has been going on for almost a year and im just know posting this, hoping my community will help me out
I’m not trying to pay Best Buy $150 just for they can find out what’s wrong I personally things that’s a scam
What if it’s a component that’s bad and then I need to pay for that plus the $150
SUCH A SCAM I should’ve never got a pc in the first place knowing it will take a lot of money when I don’t make any
