Ah yes the old ongoing conflict of dueling batteries. You did a good job.

Can you show a diagram of the wiring setup? You kinda lost me when you started showing the board and mounting etc. If I got this right you ran a black cable from neg to neg on batteries, then one red from switch to positive on each battery terminal, and positive from motor to third nut on switch? I have a basic fishing boat without all the accessories and fuse blocks. I just want to run 2 batteries.

Great video, thanks! One question: I'm having trouble finding the fittings that you run the cables through (the 1.5" terminal adapter and matching terminal nut, and the corresponding 2.5" conduit washer). Is there another term for these that I could run through the search engine? Thanks!

You can mount that switch from behind can make it more flush and you can hide all of those wires behind the bulkhead if you wish the switches can be mounted either in the front or behind

You really only had to flag one of your positive cables. By flagging one you automatically know what the other one is.

Do not use Wing nuts on a batteries they're not thick enough... the nuts are thicker and rated for the current FYI and you don't haveThe battery cables shrink wrapped at the ends...probably auto cables not marine grade
