Great idea with the article/s. I was a CC for a Carrier dealer and we were always up against Trane. I carried a copy of "How to clean a Trane condenser coil" from a Trane user manual. It showed several ways to clean it. One way was to burn off the debris with a torch. Another option was a brush. I would carry a small section of a brush fin coil that was plugged and dirty and show the customer. I learned the user manual sheet technique from someone else but I came up with the coil idea. Those 2 combined were very effective and helped me close a lot.
