Did you try looking for the transformer under the foam
Well now I feel dumber than normal. Guess what...I read your comment, walked down to the basement, turned the foam over, and guess what I found...you were right! There it was. It was not like that on the older versions. Probably was in the instruction manual to look there but you know me - I never read the instructions. lolQ

I'm glad they updated the sounds on this Thomas! Those two buttons that are grayed out let you automatically uncouple the cars on LionChief plus locomotives, which none of them are Thomas characters nor come in a set!
Me too! Although why Lionel couldn't have done this in the first place kind of ticks me off.

If U have a transformer Thomas and if u get a lionchef, it will work by pulling the lever and the engine goes faster than usual!

Great model, but needs a new face. The best Thomas faces I have seen are the Bachmann N scale Thomas, the Bachmann G gauge Thomas, the Tomix N gauge (not scale) Thomas, and the Hornby OO Scale Thomas.

Im just gonna say that I just wish lionel trains cared more about the Thomas and friends range more like Bachmann has.
We almost got a lionel Mavis but instead we ended up with 6 engines somehow.

Thank you Joseph. I will not be getting the winter village fire station and I would like to get more Lionel trains but I just can’t afford them. We use to be able to pay for the trains we buy with TH-cam but that is not the case anymore. So I have to limit what I buy

Do the couplers open on thomas, Annie and clarable??
Sadly Lionel cheaped out on that so no. But if you have an original conventional set (which has operating couplers)as far as I know the original coupling setup(Where the coupler screws into) is still in the mold of later Thomas models so you could remove the dummy coupler cut off the peg for it and screw in one of the old couplers and it would still work. That's what I did with my lionchief single Thomas.(The one you can buy separately from the set.) I probably won't do the same for the Bluetooth one because I don't need to. I'm working on Thomas and Friends TH-cam series that's a bit darker than the actual show and I can use the old lionchief Thomas for up close coupling shots and then use the Bluetooth one for long shots or panning shots or even close ups of his face.

Does TH-cam pay you for uploading videos? Well a better way to say that is do you get paid for uploading your videos?
TH-cam partners can share revenue with TH-cam which means we do receive some of the ad revenue. It’s not much per video unless you get several tons of watchtime
I can’t seem to get the app I put my original Thomas on the tracks. It’s not connecting I don’t know if there’s a Bluetooth button or what but as far as I know, the app does not work.
I don’t have a transformer to be honest I have a controller. Honestly my grandpa gave an engine to me that was Bluetooth but we couldn’t. I couldn’t find the remote but I found it on Amazon for some weird reason it is $45 and the app on your phone is for free that’s like saying I’m paying like $45 for the app with that price I could probably buy 50 pieces of candy.
