1 tip that my teacher taught me when I was learning Chinese was to stop trying to “translate” my native language into Chinese, and just try to speak with what you know/understand (no translating in head, just straight from word to mouth). Idk if this will help for you, but it significantly helped me get better at speaking in Chinese.

You can try having an online friend watch you play while you talk so its like having a viewer thats listening. That might make it easier :D It helped me a lot and even when I stutter its not as awkward

hell yeah love this, good luck! you can do it. I was also in your spot a couple years ago and now i'm comfortable with speaking english just like my native language, this is a great way to do it. Also I played SCP:SL (SCP Secret Lab) which is a game with proximity chat and many players from europe and servers in many languages, you don't have to speak to play it but it makes it 10x more fun. I would recommend it as well since you can join in on conversations whenever you like and people often talk to you first, and if you just don't respond they don't see it as weird either
I don't know how to describe it, but watching this video has greatly opened my eyes. the things you say are really meaningful and wise. its a simple video with a simple purpose however i found myself having more enjoyment in this than i normally would have when watching a massive content creator's video. 9:26 Honestly, I’ve been really enjoying mc let’s-plays (I don’t know what the plural of let’s play is-) from smaller creators recently. It’s much more relatable to me because a lot of the bigger creators have spent so much time on the game that it doesn’t feel like I can relate to them. So it feels like smaller people are actually playing the game in a way similar to how I would. It gives me motivation to work on my own worlds and have fun rather than spending a few days on one and then abandoning it.
This is the perfect minecraft content, such amazing thumbnails and no my guy your english us actually really good, u just need to work on your confidence and everything else is really perfect, just don't worry ❤ this calm type of content is really something this community lacks consumption of. Minecraft is a sandbox game. You can see it as however you want; the point of it is that everyone has fun. You're doing really well with your speech. I'd recommend practicing tongue-twisters because they help with muttering. Don't be scared to exaggerate your mouth movement. It's also alright to take long pauses; they can help you relax and help with your stuttering. I really loved the video, by the way. And I wish you luck on practising your speech.
i feel you man it's so difficult to talk and chose the right words on the spot. like i'll be trying to say a sentence and my brain would come up with 5 different words to place afterwards, but i don't have time to choose cuz you know, talking is spontaneous, so it ends up with me saying stuff that makes barely any sense while i still have a very clear image of what im trying to say. other times i just cant come up with a next word that will connect the bridge to create a sentence. both of those thing resulting me looking like a complete idiot. i still try to talk to ppl and i don't have this fear of what will people think of me as much as i used to have, most ppl won't care that much and will get used to it after talking with me for more than 5 minutes. but it still makes me feel invalid sometimes and i rly wanna become better at talking. and the sad thing is that i used to be normal, i think it started because of covid and the lockdown locking me in my house for 2 years with pretty much no communication to other ppl. i feel you man...

I am not a native English speaker too and do stutter some times. So you are not alone.
I've heard for some people, the best way to learn how to speak a new language is to talk with someone who knows both your first language and the language you are trying to learn. If you have someone who can do that with you, I think inviting them to play with you will help you improve. Edit: I watched a little further and saw that you want to be confident alone first. I hope you will still consider this advice.
