I've personally dealt with yeti customer service and they are absolutely outstanding....quick to respond back to me,easy to deal with, sent a few photos of the fault and bingo all sorted no hassle...can't fault them
I have a Yeti and I have had no problems. It’s at least two years old. I wish it had a handle but it keeps my drinks cold all day and that is the most important priority for me.
I think i like the yeti slightly better the lid feels more secure against spilling. The only advantage i see on the stanley is that you dont have to buy an extra lid for hot drinks. With yeti you have to buy separetley an extra lid. You can choose your Yeti which comes with the lid for hot drinks and latter get the one for cool drinks. Or get your Yeti which comes with the cold drinks lid and buy separateley the lid for hot drinks
I've had many Yeti cups and have not had any problem. I just purchased a new one last month because I had to return the Stanley I purchased experimenting with a new product, it was a piece of junk. I will still sing the praises of Yeti.
If you click in the upper right of the video, a Transcript will open below it, which has text of the entire video. However, I wouldn't bother with videos like this. He spends 5 minutes repeating claims by individuals that the products they bought had quality issues, for both Stanley & Yeti, without giving statistics to indicate whether these were isolated problems or indications of overall manufacturing flaws. Consumer Reports does a much better job of product analysis. At the end of the video, he doesn't even try to state a preference for one or the other. That’s 5 minutes i won't get back.

Terri’s can go on sale and actually be cheaper than the Stanley’s I paid $27 for the same of the Stanley’s $45
What is Terri’s?
Too much talking. No close caption so I don’t know what he said. Just say which is better & stop gabbing please
If you listened you would know which one he picked. Sheesh
