I have such a short attention span now because of tiktok🤣 to the point where I can’t even remember the last time I watched a TH-cam video, but I just wanted to say I loved this one, and watched every second! Me and my cousins talk about you all the time ( very good things don’t worry), mainly about how we love how you have embraced our culture and also our religion too, as well as the fact that you’ve genuinely taken an interest in learning the Bengali language. You guys should definitely visit Bangladesh soon, it is amazing and I absolutely love going there on holiday. Can i ask, was it through a friend from your side or your husbands side, when you met and how long did it take to get to know each other, before doing the Nikkah?. Ive always thought that a person's character is most important to me, no matter where they are from, just being a hood human being and kind is what matters the most.

Hi Alexa! Congratulation on your wedding. When it was your wedding you mentioned it was raining a little. I want to mention that when it rains it's the time when allah blesses are showering. Muslims usually make Dua while it's raining. So I am assuming you have had a really blessed wedding and relationships masha allah. To end it I want to you take care of evil eye. For that you must not share too much happiness in public and listen or read Manzil Dua everyday without skipping it. If you make it a habit then you can be carefree about affecting yourself from evil eye! In UK I have observed cases like you muslim boy getting married to british. Then girls have their personal life all over social media and their relationship ends in divorce after sometime due to evil eye or other reasons! So i want to wish you guys happiness like you are now! All the Best May Allah guides you and give you aafiyat in life!!

Im not sure if you are Muslim but if you are be sure to retain your unique English heritage and be quintessentially Muslim at the same time because it is the best form of showcasing Islam to English people.
You dont need to adopt Asian culture but obviously your kids will need to learn and embrace it.

I enjoyed your video!!! I am also in an intercultural and interracial marriage. I am from the US and my husband is Indian born and raised in India. I have actually lived with his family there and loved it. I hope you get to go to Bangladesh, I am sure it would be so fun. But our relationship was a bit easier since we are both Catholic. I may have been from a different culture but Catholics around the world do basically the same things so luckily I fit right in 😅. I personally wasn’t open to interfaith since I never wanted pressure to convert and I want my kids raised Catholic. I once went on a date with a Muslim guy and he was very forceful about only wanting Muslim kids so I decided to only date in my faith. I hope your husband might reconsider I think it is best to raise kids with Jesus as their savior and focal point I strongly disagree with the lifestyle of the Islamic prophet. He married a 6 year old little girl. But your husband seems to be a more liberal Muslim but I still hope your traditions and cultures are not erased as I felt mine would be if I married a Muslim man there is always this expectation us Christian women will conform to their religion I feel like.

Men carry other a jewish or christian woman without taking shahada. They have to be people of the book. Whether its Torah, Bible or Quran. But only women can marry a muslim man.

You need to do you accept Islam & convert immediately or its a sin to be in a relationship . He should now this as a Muslim or it is past as a punishment to his parents
But Muslim men are allowed to marry a woman of the books “Jewish/christian”
She's a Christian (people of the book) Read surah Al ma'idah "Muslim men can marry chaste(pious) woman from the believers and from the people of the book (Jews/Christians)"
In umars time it got changed and he started banning men from marryiong out of their faith becuz muslim women were being prioritized also if he chooses a non muslim over a muslim idk but thats between him and Allah@@anibasslife698
