At 71yo her vocals are still on point. Got the opportunity as well to meet her after the show and was invited over to visit her in the hotel where she stayed before her flight back to the US just to sign the vinyl records. Niecy is such a humble and very kind person.
Yes, I can tell Deniece wasn't her usual self from a vocal point of view. However, being the consumate professional that she has been for over 40 years, it was still a decent performance..❤😊

@@charlesdotson4766 I listened to some of her other performances in Manila, and yes, she was not her usual self. Her voice sounded dry and she did not seem her usual energetic self. But she did deliver, especially on "Free." Every singer has their off day; and Deniece travelling from the US to Manila must be tiring.
