Just started watching your podcast last night! It feels weird to be this early to the comments, but I can't stop watching. These are such introspective interviews, I feel like I've learned something new about everyone I've watched that hasn't been revealed in other podcasts, big fan.

After engaging with a financial planner in late 2023 and reworking my portfolio, I’ve gained over half a million dollars in seven months across multiple markets. It's important to begin planning for worst-case scenarios even when the outlook is favorable.

not gonna lie I thought his show was pretty cringe, but maybe I'll give it another chance: knowing more about the characters always gets me interested in a show! you know what my favorite real estate show is? Buying Beverly Hills! with THAT's the show that I WISH got renewed... BUT the fact that it didn't would be a great reason to do a followup with Mauricio: instead of interviewing someone when things are going their way, how about talking to them about how they're navigating things when they DON'T?!?
