Rip DS Airship Fortress. That was the one track I was hoping for the most to be added, since it was my favorite MKDS track as a kid

I would've preferred Shy Guy Bazaar over Rosalina's Ice World but this is bound to be the best looking and sounding version of it.
Happy to see DK Mountain and SNES BC 3. Not just for another BC, but because a SNES BC is *finally* featured in a retro. It was always GBA until now. Even in Tour; even the RMX courses were based off GBA. Yes Super Circuit is great but we needed some SNES representation.
Aw man, Shy Guy Bazaar would've been the best. We've got enough ice tracks.
i don't really think Shy Guy Bazaar would really be fitting for the final wave, especially not final cup. Rosalina's Ice World is more fitting.
although, i would have taken Shy Guy Bazaar over Toad circuit any day.
Shy Guy Bazaar might be the better track, but Rosalina’s Ice World is the harder track, and we kinda already have Daisy Circuit to fill in that “relatively easy” track quota
wasn't a fan of wii rainbow road and dkm in tour but they look SO MUCH better here, excited to play these because all the other tracks are fire!
In fact, I wonder if DK Mountain and Wii Rainbow Road were awkwardly shoved into Tour so they could have an excuse to put them in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
I was not expecting Rosalina's Ice World, but I'll take it because it's one of my favorite MK7 nitros. I honestly thought they were done with 3DS tracks.
Also, I knew we'd end with SNES BC3 and Wii Rainbow Road in the Blue Shell Cup.
I wasn't expecting DK Mountain. I was honestly expecting Dino Dino Jungle instead. DK Mountain is still great, though.
I wasn't expecting Piranha Plant Cove. I was honestly expecting Piranha Plant Pipeline because Pipeline is newer.
I had a feeling Madrid Drive and Rome Avanti were going both to be there.
Pauline and Peachette have hot biker suits, just like I thought they would.
I'm happy we got SNES Bowser Castle 3 because that's my favorite SNES track, I would've also wanted Dino Dino Jungle over DK Mountain but either one was getting in so there's that.

Rosa’s ice replaced Piranha plant pipeline/way (the tour track) meaning PPP is the only track exclusive to tour
Piranha Plant Pipeway is from 3DS and has always been in 8
@@yaryoo Yes correct, Pipeway is a MK7 track in base 8 but in July/August this year in Mario Kart Tour they released Piranha Plant Pipeline in the Pipe Tour. Pipeway is a 7 track, Pipeline is a Tour track, but I do understand your confusion as non tour players wouldn’t know about that track which is now exclusive to tour due to not being in wave 5 or 6

Don’t think you can sadly from the trailers you can see the fence extends past the turnskip you’d have to do the 2008 method of driving up the slope and going across

I actually guessed Rosa's Ice World for 2 reasons. The pass is releasing close December so there HAD to be a ice themed course, and Rosalina didn't have a track with her name in it like most other main characters.
i’m not even going to lie, i’ve been wanting them to bring back rosalina’s ice world for a while. i’m definitely the most hyped for wii’s rainbow road though
DK Mountain is finally here. It's sad seeing Piranha Plant Pipeline be the only Tour track not in the dlc
Maybe this means there will be a dlc pack 2 because I find that kind of weird how they're not bringing it back speaking on how every other tour track ia in the game.

They really just pulled a Rosalina’s ice world… wow. Woulda liked airship or toads factory but I’m very ok with that
SNES Bowser Castle 3 is my favorite track in this wave because it's my favorite SNES track and it's also the first retro custom track I ever saw in Troy's videos.
It's also my favourite! Though GBA Bowser's castle 2 is my all time favourite!

They snubbed one of the best Wii Tracks for arguably the worst nitro Wii track in Daisy Circuit, my 4th least favorite track in MKWii.

They've done a really good job on revamping a 31 Year Old Race Course from the Bowser Castle (Series).

You're right! It has that certain curvature to it, which is very reminiscent of the castles from the galaxy games.
Nintendo always ends up having surprises up their sleeves.... even though it felt like we knew all the tracks wave 6 would have, they decided "nope, have Rosalina's Ice World"
I am only disappointed that we won't be getting ds Rainbow road since its the only Rainbow road with a Looping and Barrel Roll wich would have worked perfectly with MK8's zero Gravity gimmick.
I always loved Rosalina's Ice World, pretty hyped for it.
Aside from the Tour tracks and Rosalina’s Ice World, I’m loving the new tracks coming.
Surprisingly i actually predicted wii rainbow road, Rosalina’s ice world, AND SNES BC 3 all the way back after wave 5 had cone out!
I love the courses, but to be honest, I would’ve loved if they made the Spiny Cup had more longer courses and here’s what my version would be:
1st race: GCN Wario Coliseum
2nd race: 3DS Maka Wuhu
3rd race: GBA Bowser Castle 4
4th race: Wii Rainbow Road
In terms of track announced, Rainbow Road, in terms of which track got the biggest upgrade, bowser’s castle

We all know he hates Rosalina (I even mentioned it at the start of my video "Ranting About Mario Kart Tour"), but he might have a different opinion about the track. I don't know what his favorite Rainbow Road is, but if it's Wii, his opinion may change when someone tells him that part of the music borrows from Good Egg Galaxy (speaking of Wii Rainbow Road though, Sonic fans nostalgic for Mario Kart Wii may notice two things: a) the end of the song sounds very similar to the end of Dimension Heist, and b) the part of Bowser's Castle that's meant to be a slowed down version of Maple Treeway's music sounds very similar to part of Built to Rule)

Piranha Plant Cove honestly looks very very interesting, plus the Madrid and Rome tracks look very cool too!
Rosalina's Ice World I did NOT expect at all. This was a complete shock for me honestly, but I'm glad it's here honestly. I really like it!
I genuinely freaking missed DK Mountain so much, sadly we can't take the masive cut 😔
But honestly, the best track in the entire DLC HAS to be Wii Rainbow Road. I immediately screamed the moment I heard the song. AND they kept it the same. This was such a nostalgic blast :')
SNES Bowser Castle 3 looks phenomenal but so does GBA Bowser Castle 4 in Tour but only one of them got added. GGs

Wii Rainbow 🌈 Road, DK Mountain, SNES BC3, Rosalina’s Ice World, and Funky Kong have FINALLY returned! LET’S GO!!!!
I was about to be so mad about Wii Rainbow Road (because it sucks ass) but Rosalina's Ice World is one of my three favoutite ever Mario Kart tracks, Tick Tock Clock, SNES Rainbow Road, and Rosalina's Ice World :D

WII RAINBOW ROAD YES!!! Grew up with this track on the original Wii! It's SO good, and the track in the remake looks really well made, hope for 3 laps.

There is no toad’s factory, there is no airship fortress, and there is no piranha plant pipeline
I'm glad they actually made SNES Bowser Castle 3 look new and different unlike SNES Mario Circuit 3 that was barely changed visually from Mario Kart Wii.

R.I.P. SNES Mario Circuit 4, GBA Bowser Castle 4, GCN Wario Colosseum, GBA Rainbow Road, and GCN Rainbow Road. I really hope that there in here but oh well maybe next time in the next Mario Kart game
I can’t believe it I’m so excited for Wave 6 I can’t wait to play as my boy Funky Kong and play all of these tracks but okay they did not show us the character select screen because I’m confused about it because if they think about adding a new colum then it would be cool seeing Kirby because I know Kirby has his own racing game which is Kirby’s Air Ride but it would be cute seeing him as a playable character in Mario Kart and also having his own Warp Star Kart and having his own track based on Dreamland just like what they did with Zelda, F-Zero, and Animal Crossing so Nintendo I hope you guys get Kirby in the roster if not this one then hopefully in the next Mario Kart Game I hope.

honestly i think there is going to be another wave of courses and characters, kinda like what smash done with wave 2 dlc characters.
there is no way there are 2 missing character slots then they announce 4 new characters, it just doesnt make sense to me
Biggest mixed bag of a wave yet for me, on the one hand, PIRANHA PLANT COVE, favourite track in the franchise personally. Rome and Madrid were guaranteed, Rome being kinda eh and Madrid being pretty good. SNES BC3 looks amazing, and Daisy Circuit is an underrated banger.
On the other, DK Mountain and Wiibow Road. And Ice World, why Ice World when Shy Guy Bazaar, 3DS Bowser's Castle and Daisy Hills are RIGHT THERE. If I had to make substitutions: Dry Dry Ruins over Rainbow Road, Dino Dino Jungle over DK Mountain and 3DS Bowser's Castle over Ice World, otherwise, pretty damn good.

Why piranha plant cove out of everything else? There could’ve been toad’s factory, delfino square, or airship fortress.

My favorite tracks Wuhu Loop, Maka Wuhu, Airship Fortress, Banishee Broadwalk, Mushroom Bridge and Wario Colosseum are not there in the booster course pass. Well this is the end of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
