技をかける時に、下を見てはいけません。
正しい姿勢で構えることは合気道上達のための必須要件です。
技を速く繰り出せるようになっても姿勢がダメでは意味がありません。
速さも時には必要ですが、その前に正しい姿勢で技をかけるように意識しましょう。
正しい姿勢をマスターすれば、速く技を繰り出せるようになった時も「正しい姿勢」のままでしょうから。
Don't look down when performing a technique.
Having the correct posture is an essential requirement for improving Aikido.
Even if you can perform the technique quickly, it is meaningless if your posture is bad.
Speed is sometimes necessary, but before that, let's be conscious of applying techniques with the correct posture.
If you master the correct posture, you will still be in the correct posture even when you are able to perform the technique quickly.
