@@sebastianhirtI’m not him, but for me it is a matter of comfort. I always prefer locked cam with per-side offset turned on because it stops me from accidentally moving my camera to the other side of the universe when I am CSing or 1v1ing someone. The main use of unlocked cam is just gathering information that would normally be hard to gather with locked cam, such as in a large team fight with some smaller skirmishes happening on the outskirts, or just watching flanks during a teamfight. TLDR; it depends on how comfortable you are. Unlocked cam is not necessary 100% of the time, but extremely useful in some situations, so you can switch between them if you like.
As a player who is basically incapable of playing effectively with unlocked camera this little conversation gives me way more confidence to try solo queue/ranked for the first time. A friend told me like 10 years ago when I starting playing, that you can not play competitively with locked. So i took it at face value and lived in Aram for 216 account levels lol
I played her for the first time yesterday, I main ADC, I thought she’s very fun to play, sadly I can’t see why you would pick her instead of a Jinx for example, deals more damage from a much greater distance, doesn’t rely on a whole combo just to be able to ult, and from what I see Samira has a big mana problem Very fun champ tho, hope it gets to meta soon
samira functions alot better as a counter engage to some dive comps that involve ranged abilities like zed and talon where as jinx would always die to those champs , also samira is a much better followup to engage in a dive comp , samira doesnt rly have huge mana problems however everything else in ur analysis is spot on but they are good in diff comps
good but not worth maining Samira rn of all the nerfs she got, and items nerf to like bt or sb just an advice for the new ones from an otp in emerald if not V1gorous1 did a great job covering her kit and play style it's worth watching the video

Swifties doesn't reduce the slow on your ult, the slow on samira ult is considered a minus bonus not a movement slow

I just unlock when i need information or when i need a better angle on a fight otherwise its more comfortable to me to keep it locked
