In non of these dramas we are clarified if he means it or just thinks fl was lying & trying to get his attention. Which would make me decide if I'm ok with fl getting back with ml. In some versions i wanted fl to move on in others i was okay them having hea, because ml was just indifferent to fl in past life & just didn't gave her a chance, but also partly it was fl fault too, because she made her personality all about ml after marriage, while her smart & talented side was buried by her. After reborn fl started to be herself & that's what made ml to notice. With this drama it's similar. At the beginning, I thought ml prefered green tea, which what might be true in previous life but since after reborn fl decided to focus on herself, she caused butterfly effects. But the more I watched the more I realized ml is just an idiot, that don't know how to put boundaries. At that one point asking secretary if he's too nice to green tea pointed that he don't realize the 'don't' lines he crossed, that causes misunderstanding & leading on. Also it seems fl & green tea switched places. The tricks ml grandmother used with fl in previous life, now did with green tea, which what disliked ml about fl on previous life. Also it seems we got an answers here to "is she dead? No? Call me when time to collect her body." It could be fl dreamed or she was given a glimpse after she died to ml reaction. Which kinda ironically doesn't matter in this drama. At least it proved ml wasn't completely scumbag. But it didn't helped much either because I'm not a fan of ml hurting fl to protect her. Fl was good after reborn. She focused on herself & stayed like this to the end. Not gonna lie, I kinda was fine with him working his ass to get 2 chance, despite being an idiot. If there wasn't ml2 that is. Fl didn't ended up with anyone, while both shown to be pursuing her. And I wish fl choose 2ml because the moment he saw fl she was his focus & he always was there to help her & wasn't misleaded by no green teas. And fl dream or not saying "i don't hate u but I'm not forgiving u" to ml was satisfying. Because all those times in dramas ml hurting emotionally/physically fl to protect her, instead of telling what's happening & working as team is frustrating to me. After all damage they cause to fl, then they expect medal or something. Like be serious. This was good reborn drama. Fl used knowledge to better herself.
This is a good version of the same storyline rehashed over and over again. I like how FL elegantly plotted their fall. These plot isn't as elaborate as other versions in the sense that there isn't a lot of side stories, but that gave it good focus on the main storyline. An added bonus perhaps was the little peek at the previous timeline after her death. FL is someone I can truly see to be happy being single (aside from the fact that there was little chemistry between her and the male leads)

Ending was good. The female lead chose herself at the end. But the justification for the male lead to ignore his wife and roam around with the scheming woman was not given. His love confession for his wife at the end in front of her corpse was utter rubbish and unbelievable.
