    I am happy for him, he sounds like he is in a good place in his life. At 68, broke, no savings, SSA only, I would love to move O'Seas. I know I would like it because my late wife was Korean and I lived "on the economy" (very primitive). I would have no issue selling 96% of what I have since I have no family, hence no ties to the US, but every video, from any uploader, covers once you are there.
    I would love to see a series of videos covering the costs and steps of getting my carcass over "there". Maybe one of you contacts could do the videos

    I found the interview interesting and informative. I'm 65 and also use natural medicine. My girlfriend of the last years recently has suspicious jealousy. Suspicious jealousy is a type of jealousy in which a person fears the loss of a valued relationship to a rival even though the person's partner has not misbehaved and there is no factual basis for this worry. She's just 24 now and I hope we can work through it. I believe it's the Trust issue that your guest mentioned. It's not wise to marry if there's no trust. Tyt.

      @VagabondAwake  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      $50 rebt in the provinces I wouldn't say is typical but I would say it is possible, but only if you are willing to live local style and be willing to improve things to your taste on your own dime. You will also probably need to pay one year in advance as a negotiating tactic. $600 e.g. :-)

    In Thailand it is much the same as far as rental costs etc. I prefer to be as far away from tourist /expat hangouts as possible. Prices are much cheaper and the Thais tend to be much more honest and friendly.

      I'm guessing he prioritizes health, well-being, joy, beauty and spends based on priorities while people in the leveraged debt based economies spend based on collateralized debt that is the major product traded there (collateral is usually houses, cars, access to healthcare, etc).

      $1000 a month out of $1500 so I can save about $500 a month for annual travel back to the states. it's easy to spend 1k for stuff ...and my car is a 2000 Suzuki SUV that needs maintainence however that's also cheap if you find the right mechanic. I just had timing belt, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, rear shock absorbers, fuel injectors, clutch and clutch pressure pressure plate, throw-out bearing , 2 universal joints replaced which took a few days to complete, all labor done for 15000 peso.. $263 US. Also dental work , with my current dentist is $130 a crown and $14 for simple filling. Like going back in time as the world just hasn't caught up with this place (yet)😀

    You can pay $0 rent in the US if you really wanted to. I see no point of some individual somewhere in the world paying $50 rent.
    Always fun to hear the guy who solved the mystery of love and found how to find a woman they can't trust for the rest of his life and the love just gets deeper and better. Said every male in the entire history of Homo sapiens in the first couple years being with a woman. There aren't a lot of males getting into a relationship thinking she's Mrs Nightmare.
    It's 11 year-old thinking that you've found your soulmate, BFF. Absolutely enjoy being in love. Trust your mate to some degree. But thinking you can trust another person absolutely in all matters forever isn't very bright. Many of these expats in PH show the problem. So many with stories of problems in their adult life, bad female choices, making bad financial decisions and then they're on TH-cam telling everyone how now they have it all figured out. Rewind the tape and you'll probably see they've been making the same claim over and over throughout their life.
