Nisey My takedown was actually really easy. I only left my passion twists in for 2 weeks, so I didn’t run into any issues. Took me ab 40 mins to take everything out.
The very best Passion Twist, how to, I've seen. It's 2:30 am right now, Girl If the hair store was open now, I would go get the hair and the items right now. Beautiful and Gorgeous. I'm so excited about this. Thank you so much...
I’m going on Vacation in 2 wks and I don’t wanna spend $150+ for someone to do it when I can do it !! Thanks these look beautiful and this is the easiest tutorial I’ve seen
prettybrowngirl211 sameee. It’s growing on me too. I felt as if this one in particular really looked like a mix between spring twist and passion twist so I was like hmmm I might finally try this after I do my spring twist.
My thoughts exactly. Those songs are on my playlist and the tutorial was so on point. The best video I’ve seen on this style so far. I’m running out to get my hair now. 😊
You and your hair are soo PRETTY!!! This video is straight to the point which I appreicate and easy to follow. I ususally go for smaller twist on my hair, but I think I'm going to try this size the next time I twist my hair.
This is the best passion twist tutorial video I’ve seen! Thank you so much for sharing this! ❤️ How was the take down process with this method? I’ve seen some ppl who tried a different method have a hard time.
Brittany Anderson Thank you for watching, Brittany 🤗 My takedown process was super easy. It took me about 45 mins total. I cut the Freetress hair about 2 inches below my real hair, then unraveled everything. 🤗
I never thought to do it on wet hair!! Which one last longer?? I’m assuming doing them on wet hair leaves your hair more moisturized right? Loved your hair so much!!!!! 😍
One of the best tutorials for this style that I've watched!!! Also thank you for the bonnet website... been looking for one this size for a while now. Your hair turned out beautifully by the way!
I've been watching tons of videos on this style (parting, hair types, techniques on how to do it on yourself, maintenance, taking them down, etc). I'm really glad you shared that bonnet because I'm about to do this style on myself and I haven't seen many bonnets that will cover hair this big! I was so afraid of the twists coming unraveled or getting fuzzy while I sleep. I just ordered one on your recommendation! Can't wait to try it! :) New subscriber!
Dr Slay Awwwwwh yay! I’m Glad I could help. Let me know how yours turn out. & the bonnet will help soooooooo much with keeping frizz to a minimal. There will be some frizz naturally, because the twists rub together and rub on our clothes, but it’s still hella cute ☺️☺️🙌🏾
@@BrittanyChere Well I got halfway done last night...around 2:30 am I was like "alright...I'm done for the night!" hahaha But luckily I did the outer perimeter so I could put it up in a bun today without anyone noticing that the crown of my head isn't done! Lol But I will let you know how it turns out once I'm done! These things are harder than they look!
Sandy B I kept mines is soo long I turned them into faux dreads lol. The frizzier they got the more I loved them. 1 month for the twist, 3 weeks for faux dreads
Your twists came out so cute!! I’m definitely gonna try them soon. & I just went and purchased a bonnet and pack of scrunchies, so thanks for the code!!
Love yours!! I’m getting mine next Tuesday! Where’d you get your satin scrunchies from? Do you remember the name of them? I’ve been looking on Amazon for some but all of the ones I’ve been looking at have bad reviews.
Hey girl hey! Thanks for watching. I got these scrunchies from Bryaa’s Bonnets, but I’m not sure if she makes them anymore. I recently snagged some off Amazon. Here’s the exact ones I ordered & they’re good! amzn.to/3m9AB7K
Love it!!! Watched so many vids but this by far is my favorite. I’ll be putting these in for Christmas, thank you! Also, I know you said you used 5 packs, how long did this take you? Sorry if I missed that in the vid.
eboninoelle08 Awwwwh thank you for watching, Eboni. 🤗 Let me know how they turnout for you. It took me about 5 hours total. It probably would’ve taken me less time if I separated and fluffed all the pieces before I started, so try that & see if it saves you time. 🤗
You did an amazing job! I've watched several videos on different techniques and decided to try these....Long story short I was not able to achieve the actual twist, mines look more like curly long ringlets vs twist 😣 I used the same hair and same amount of hair per twist. What am I doing wrong? 😣 Any suggestions out there?
How you wore it when you slept was actually cute, I would wear it out like that! I like your tutorial the best out of the many I have seen, my only concern is the rubber bands. How did you remove them when it came time to take the twists out?
LadyinPink Awh thank you girl! & thank you for watching. The rubber bands were very easy to remove. I just cut them with a pair of scissors to save time. My hair didn’t break off at all since I didn’t have the rubber bands too tight 😊
Your twists came out to beautiful!😍I’ve been watching tutorials because I want to try this style and yours is the only one with the right amount of thickness. I don’t like a lot of hair/braids either so what did you do to get the volume and size of your twist or what would you recommend doing?
Kayla Arthur Thank you for watching, Kayla! 🤗 To get the size I had, just use 2 pieces of the freetress hair per twist. I only used one piece for some of my smaller twists near my edges. That should help. :)
Hey girl loved this tutorial. Just wanted to verify, you used number #2 color on your whole head ? I’m in between buying 1b or 2. I don’t want the 2 to look too brown though. Yours looks perfect.
Thanks for this video. I also put up my twists to sleep, but I can't stand the heat of the bonnet. I used the Shine and Jam and that gives a fabulous hold. So far my twists have lasted a week. I hope to keep them in for 2 weeks and I'll twist over any that look too wiry.
This is a great video and I loveeee how they came out😍😍. How many packs of hair did you use? Also how many twists were in your head? Were the parts small or medium sized? Sorry for all the questions I just haven't done my own protective style before and I wanna try doing it without going out and paying someone else to do it
