❤ Rasa is the female's name in Lithuania. It means rasa - morning dew drop. We call plant lady's mantle rasakila. It resembles with 2 words rasą kėlė- it was raising up the dew. And in fact it does :) My modest clever granny valued dew as if it was herb itself. Such simple village person attitude. Ayurveda and You added a new colour to Rasa meaning. Thank you. In Lithuania we don't value perfection very much now. But I like your point of view. I just chose word essence, pure, real.❤❤ I am silently amazed to watch. Those movements are so far from modern lithuanian. But resembles with my core which is shocked. I am very happy to watch and learn. ❤❤❤
There are actually some links between Sanskrit and Lithuanian (both belonging to Indo-European language family) Word for "Sun": In Sanskrit: "सूर्य" (sūrya) In Lithuanian: "saule" (pronounced as "saow-leh") Word for "Night": In Sanskrit: "नक्ति" (nakta) In Lithuanian: "naktis" (pronounced as "naktis"
@@jam-ss2jc yes, it is. We are tought that AVIS (sheep) means the same in both languages. Sun in Sanskrit reminds SŪRIS (cheese) more than Sun, but nakta reminds naktis a lot. And nakta sounds similar to our ear. If we say AT NIGHT, one form to say that is NAKCIA, to make a sweet form out of night (we have lots of endings to make 1 word sweet in various ways) we can say NAKTALA (sounds as village style language) and NAKTELĖ is the exact sweet form to say night. Awesome. Thanks for telling :) pitty non of dances are similar to Indian:)

Sit in a balanced position...weight of the body should be devided equally on both left and right. You can fold your legs any which way easy for you as long as it is balanced...
