You can ask me anything..........the charging handle I'm using is actually a cap from a Black permanent marker. If I remember correctly I had to remove the black finish from the stock handle( just the pointed section) then reshape it and cut grooves into it using a dremel. After that I cut two pieces of heavy cardboard to fit inside of the cap. I then mix JB weld put it into the cap then the two pieces of board into the cap so they would go onto both sides of the stock handle then put JB weld onto the stock handle then pushed the cap onto it and let it sit overnight. I then had to widen the opening of the body for the cap to fit through.
@@LNR65 Not really. The most difficult thing to do is cutting/shaping the barrel block that mates with.the front of the magazine. Just cut it correctly because there's no do overs unless you purchase another rifle.
Hey I just got st1 and my magazine jammed after 2 mags…. The lever to load BBs does not go in all the way. I emptied all the BBs but it still doesn’t work. Must be bb stuck in a weird place. Any ideas ?
Sorry for the late reply....too many obligations. I looked at the magazine and I would start by driving out the two pins at the top of the magazine from left to right ( tap the rounded side not the flat side).

Now I may have to get myself one, I had no clue the dpms mags fit, love the paint job, the white is been the part putting me off most
The DPMS mags will work with so modifications to the barrel block and the body of the gun. You will also need two parts from a DPMS.

So the Crosman DPMS/R1 mags work on this?
Yes. But after some modifications.

Unfortunately it sounds like you're going to have to disassemble the magazine.

Did you dissassemble it to paint it ?
Yes. The rifle was disassembled them modified to accept DPMS magazines then painted and reassembled.
