Absolutely fell in love with the content you are posting ,ever since I watched your video on “habits i’m quitting in 2022” which actually made me rethink about the way I’m living my life and i too made a list of things I would want to change in me in 2022 hope I achieve them, fingers crossed. Now I’m just watching all the others videos you posted in the past.
I relate with almost all of this, but two points resonated with me most: thinking about impact, and not figuring things out. Impact-wise, as a doctor, I do feel like I have a real impact on my patients lives, but with my TH-cam channel, I'm already seeing how it's positively impacting others! A lot of things have happened over the past year, and I'm trying to get more comfortable in just living without figuring things out... And yeah, I need to work out more LMAO 😂 another great video Liz, it feels like it belongs on the big screen haha!
Mental health is so important and you can have allot of impact on others by sharing your knowledge of philosophy and psychology applied to improving our mood.
I can relate to everything other than too much work. Right now I am in a place where I am just paralyzed and am trying to get out so for me it's do more work in 2022. The answer for that again is stoicism. Rather than keep. ruminating about things you cannot control, focus on what you can work on and then put in the effort.

I do my best to take one full day off a week. Sometimes that looks like working overtime on Thursday and Friday so it happens, but I work hard so it happens. I see it as a necessary part of productivity. Even if I have to do things like posting on socials on that day, I try to make things easier for myself and have everything ready to go so I only have to click a few times.
Perhaps Elizabeth you only need to be less judgemental and hard on yourself. it's wonderfully refreshing when we realise that point in life that there are things we don't know and we are happy with that. Perhaps when we are younger, the ego plays a larger part as we are scratching out that plot of land on this planet for ourselves and for the recognition in others so we have to impress on others the things that we do know, so we feel slighted when we find something we don't know the answer to. What comes to mind is perhaps the Carling beer advert long ago which ends with a young lad buying an old boy a pint in a pub. The young lad says hopefully "I bet you know a lot of war stories" and as the old boy raises the glass to his lips he utters a content "nope!" I do hope you and yours have the most wonderful Christmas and New Year ever.

To try and reduce the amount of work you do, it might be a good idea to look at why you work so much. Is it money, is it a shelter from something else or any other reason. Unless you reflect and know the why, you many not be able to execute the change as well as you think.
I often watch your videos, they are pretty awesome, but you speak so fast that I can't understand what you mean without subtitles, because I'm a beginner who just began to learn English two months ago.
