    The management might have changed but the staffs still has the sarkari mindset with unions and strikes. Recently an air India flight got delay Ed by more than 12 hrs because the staff took sick leave together as a form of strike. I say fire all the staff and start anew .. only then can air India succeed

      For the first 12 to 24 months Air India was forced to retain all the previous staff with the same pay structures and no substantial change - it was a part of the contract. Hopefully now slowly things will get better
