Interesting game. First goal had me thinking but having looked back a couple of times, you can see the net ripple, plus ref in decent position to see. Not sure on the pen though!

Penalty was for handball, not for the tackle. If you check out AFC Welwyn TH-cam channel, there is an excellent video that confirms it was a goal.
