I think most the time people just complain "she tries too hard to fit in and be funny", but for me she was just so genuinely stupid in the quiz round. They made cool shit for this LP, but it was conducted incredibly poorly.

He did, got sick and tired of playing the same 3 games every day. He left around May 2015 but had told AH he would leave a lot earlier. He currently streams on Twitch and is a lot happier.

By far one of the absolute best episodes. The Let's Build crew absolutely made the video behind the scenes along with Lindsay's hosting causing an enormous amount of rage. Plus the actual build and narration parts are pretty sweet. Very glad to see AH getting back into Minecraft and having fun. For awhile there it was getting a bit harsh knowing it felt like a hassle to record them. So glad to see an instant classic!
Finally, Geoff is competing. This is a fucking disaster but it's still hilarious haha

Just gonna say it, Build Team really did fuck a lot of stuff up. The trivia round was such a total cluster-fuckery-doge-mess. Geoff hasn't been that pissed since the zombie villager killed him. And ya know what?

Seriously, the funniest episodes are the ones that just don't go right at all. Geoff gets pissed, Ray's ready to die, Micheal's raging on everyone, Gavin blabbers even more incoherently than normal, and Ryan and Jack sound alike so I can't tell who's laughing and who's yelling half the time.
Sweet baby-Jesus, that was awesomely fun, incredibly stupid, and just so wrong that it was just so right. Had everything just worked flawlessly, it would have been such a bore. There needs to be problems. Things need to set them off. Otherwise Ray might fall asleep again.
To be fair, the build team didn't fuck up the trivia round. That was Lindsey mostly.

I have to agree honestly, as much I I actually loved Gavin and Jack gettting the love, this thing wasn't completely planned out right and needed a LOT more focus to have been a truly fair competition. Perhaps this will get Geoff to see this though, and he'll put a word in that these things have to be planned a LOT more so that shit like that doesn't happen.

I am Ozone you can still be fair and comedic at the same time. Look at the games they play outside of this like Fibbage and such where they don't make the rules or need to plan stuff because it's already basically planned. They were still funny on an even aind fair Playing field and even got to have a fun competition with it.
FlyingChinchilla Seeing how only a few of their builds have been broken due to their own faults, I'd say they've had a pretty good track record so far. Most of the time, the screw-ups were due to Geoff changing the rules the B-team originally set, or misinterpreting them. They also can't account for every single thing that could go wrong, especially when it comes to Gavin.
The mess-ups in this video should've been easy to remedy though; prepare more questions for the trivia round + find an easier way to let Lindsay know when someone's buzzed in instead of having Matt and Jeremy in an entirely different room...and make sure the squares in Jack Off were all good. I forget how the Let's Builds of this went, but it's also possible they were running out of time, which I think was the case in at least one of their Builds.
Also angry Ray is the best Ray, so they make the perfect team.
God the ending after the outro is priceless.

Nine years later and the trivia part still makes me smile
Few things they really should have thought of before doing trivia:
1) Stop reading the question when buzzer is pushed (Already clarified rather strongly)
2) Don't provide the answer (Same thing)
3) Don't push the buzzer unless you know the answer, in what gameshow are you ever able to push the buzzer and then talk with people for a minute?
4) Have one of the build team actually in the room to call out a buzzer press.
I think they should have taken it even a step further and just had an actual buzzer system set up in the room, would have made it 9001% easier. I liked the Idea, but it relied too much on human perception.
To be fair, Lindsay isn't at a computer keeping an eye on people as they buzz in. The only way she'd know if someone buzzed would be if she happened to be looking at the computer of the person who buzzed (out of six, WHILE reading from a sheet of paper AND with everyone's heads mostly blocking their screens)., or #4 on your list was a thing.
They could have just said no one buzzes until the whole question is read.
They said they had people watching for who buzzed in. With that said i'm assuming the build team was in the trees or something watching.
One thing I've learned: Don't do trivia. Sooo much amazing chaos.
The worst thing about the house screw-up was that (IMO) Ray was genuinely starting to enjoy himself again up to that point.

And they left it in because they knew it would be. They're a comedy and gaming based company, if something about the video would truly have upset Lindsay or any of them for that matter, they wouldn't have posted it, or rather would have gone back and filmed it again.
I don't hate Lindsay, Matt, or Jeremy, but this episode just put more fuel in the fire for the people that do.

You know what's funny about Geoff getting pissed off about their house platform being off from the example? At the very beginning of the challenge, Lindsey actually said that if you needed to build outside of the square because it was off that that was totally fine to do. XD
I think that's why after review, the judges ruling stood. Doesn't change how funny the aftermath video is.

The first challenge was good. I commemorate the build team for going through the trouble of dealing with water currents. The trivia was awful. Lindsay messed up a lot, Gavin cheated some, and Michael and Ryan should have won after three correct answers. The last challenge was just not fair. Gavin and Jack's plot was directly in front of the sample house, giving them a major advantage, and Geoff and Ray were just screwed over completely by a build error. But it was funny as hell. I have almost stopped watching Achievement Hunter completely. Why, They became very fucking boring.
but this episode has redeemed my respect for them. during the questions part when Lindsay kept giving the answer away and they were yelling made me laugh so much I couldn't fucking breathe. and that usually never happens to me.

Well, I thought this episode was awesome! And who fucking cares if it wasn't working well or the builds were off etc. it was entertaining. That's why I watch these videos, to be entertained, and honestly that's what the past couple of Minecraft videos have been lacking. So, it's nice to finally be interested enough to watch a Let's Play video in its entirety.
I know her messing up the Q&A and them messing up the floor made the video even funner

Almost 4 years later, and I still firmly believe this is the best Minecraft LP they've ever released. I only say that because of Geoff's freakout, it's so organic and just amazing.
Despite the failures at certain points this LP was fucking hilarious. AH if you guys see this (which I doubt, but anyways...) thanks for this LP, because I definitely enjoyed it :D

John, the on the spot host was in Mega Dig part 2. He was only in it for 5 minutes or so but he was definitely in the minecraft lets play, he lost the game for gavin, and they counted that as Gavins loss. Which means he was legit in the game

As funny as this was it was also frustrating as fuck how badly Lindsay and the build team fucked this up.
From Lindsay not knowing how to questions properly, to the build team verifying incorrect answers as correct for whatever reason, to them messing up the build layout for the final round which cost Ray and Geoff the whole game through no fault of their own.

To qualify for dying the LEAST, you have to have at least one death, or else you never died and can't say you died the least. If someone is alive, they can't say "I died the least" because their sentence flat out says they died when they never did. It's simple really.
