Because Jeremy didn't have the same gamertag that Gavin knew for 4-5 years and then suddenly change it. Gavin starts pulling other reasons out of his ass just to try to bust Michael's chops. It fails.
It wasn't the save files that was the problem, they just left it open for a while and the entire thing went to shit, dinosaurs started attacking each other, dying, broke out of their enclosures and got lost etc. That's why, not because they lost the files.
They gave Jack a timer because they realized it was absolutely impossible for the hunted to win any other way if the hunters had maps. When they took away the maps, it made the game more balanced, so the timer was no longer needed.
I've got an idea for a Let's Play: The Wild Hunt. All of the players are mounted on horses. One player, the Prey, has one purpose: Run. The rest, the Hunt, have the purpose to chase him and kill him. Two get bows and arrows, one gets splash potions of Poison, Slowness, Damage, etc., and the rest get swords. The Prey gets a potion or two of swiftness, and has to outlast the Wild Hunt. The Hunt has 30 minutes to catch the Prey. Maybe good, maybe bad?

Anvils, you have to put the right enchantments on it, Ryan had it the first time, except Power goes on bows, not armor or swords.

Nope, it's just bows, it's like 'bow sharpness' because it wouldn't make sense for a bow to be improved by being sharp.
