Just rescued a pup from a shelter this weekend =) Can't wait to get crafting for him! Loving the idea of the bandana and the toy box. We named him Jackie (for Cracker Jack or Jackie Robinson) - thought about a bandana with the #42 on it.
We found a box of five four-week old abandoned kittens out on the corner in September. They were too young to take to the Humane Society and all the rescue groups were full. We found homes for three and kept the remaining two. I was delighted to find this video of ideas for them and our older cats. The kittens weren't in the schedule and they weren't in the budget, so keeping them was tentative. Personalizing things for them makes them seem more settled.

Hey Corrine, loved this video... just some feedback for you... I found your Audio was really quiet and had to crank up the volume on my TV... just wanted you to know ❤❤❤❤
....yeah... great vid... just.... do NOT do that 'get your dog to 'lick' the paint bag thing... 99.99999% of animals, esp dogs will just immediately eat into that and get paint in their mouth, even if you're standing over them... if anything, maybe use a laser pointer? every animal in my house loves them so maybe you could get yours to enjoy it too? jump all over the canvas or something (while still watching closely in case a nail punctures it, etc.)? just... don't encourage/train them to eat off / of things that could make them sick or even be outright toxic; you never know which pigments (or binders or preservatives/light-fastness chems, etc) could cause serious illness or allergy issues- they arent humans and therefore have VERY different dietary cautions and requirements. = X i understand and like the concept, but it needed a little more time in the thought-wash
