I get the whole Alcohol deal, but what gives you the right to send someone home? If I follow the countries laws then I am doing nothing wrong and that shouldn't give you or anyone for that matter reason to send me home for a tour that I've already payed for.
That’s not what he’s saying at all. They won’t send you home if you’re doing nothing wrong, they’ll send you home if you’re acting up and being inappropriate due to alcohol. Plus they have the right to send you home, regardless if you paid for it.
This is the school version of EF, which means these are teenagers they are dealing with. He most certainly has the right to send them home if they act up. If you were doing the version for adults, you might get kicked out of the group and lose the rest of the trip, but they can't send you home. You agree to their rules when you sign up, and that gives them the right to send you home or kick you out of the group.
