Thank you for doing this video and really captured my attention for the points which you had shared. My current situation is really like Kevin... I was working as APAC Regional Manager but being layed off last year and now working at a much lower post in a small size company. In the beginning, I really struggle to go to work and really feel hopeless. However, I keep telling myself this is just the transition period and i should learn as much as I can even it is a lower position. I also need to do Atrium sell and store packing. I also learn to adjust my emotion and the way i think which is turn negative thoughts to positive action. I believe I will be back again in the coming time... Once again thks for this great video :)
