This is a scene in one of the games from a pokemon spinoff game series called Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. It's staged in a world inhabited by a pokemon society! (no humans, just pokemon :D ) The game is really emotional and super cool! Even if this is a major spoiler, I really recommend this game in particular :3 In my opinion, Explores of Sky is the best Pokemon game ever made!
