I have a problem in the roof of pent house(open to sky).After rain the leakage of roof starts immediately.There are few cracks seen on roof from upper side.What is the permanent solution to stop the leakage inside rooms? Assalam o alikum, I hope you will be fine, yes you can change the heights as you wish but let the professional do it, because it will change the homogeneity of your structure that's why, seismic bands will need to be provided in your structure, There is a group professionals in Peshawar with the name of (Green Builders) you can google them. They are very very professionals, I recommend them, they have done 6 projects for me in Texla but they are mainly reside in Peshawar. So do contact them...
