  • Norges fremste matformidler, Andreas Viestad tar med seere med på nye reiser gjennom mat-Norge. Fra de ytterste øyer, til de høyeste fjell oppdager han unike norske råvarer og tradisjoner, og kommer mer smarte triks, servert med en stor dose humor.

    Having watched the version of this program made for the USA, what stands out is how much more in depth the cooking procedures are, how much more conversational and in depth the script is, and the overall pacing is for a longer attention span. Also less carry along music. I think Norwegians must have a longer attention span than most Americans.

      I think it likely they slowed down and perhaps simplified his descriptions in the English language version due to English being a second language for him. Also, I suspect the English version became more oriented to showing off the natural beauty of Norway in order to promote tourism.
