Totally agree with you BOTH! I love this one. Kitchen looks big and bath is just right. Plan is great - Living area first, then kitchen, bedroom at end and NO LOFT! Loving it and would be what I'd want! Can't get over the kitchen which is wonderful. Kudos to whomever designed it! ....and a storage closet, w TWO closets in the bedroom!!! Good Luck with yr home!!!

I like the Park model homes, they have lots of storage, larger size appliances, stackable washer/dryer hookups. High ceilings with lots of windows, and most have a deck.
You're funny! When you stated you could rent out the space above your closets I thought of my old duplex that had a storage space above the bedroom closets that connected to each other with sliding doors to close it off. For some reason there was an outlet between my bedroom door frame and that storage. When my son's thought he questioned why there would be an outlet up there. I told him it was probably for the person that snuck in and is living in that spot to use and charge their phone LOL he has a huge phobia of that happening. Anyway.. LOL great layout probably one of my favorites so far. Nice to have somebody that's funny when having to hear about a stranger's life while being here really out of the interest of seeing the layout. It was amusing, great layout, great video thanks again
Airy, attractive and beautifully appointed tiny. Excellent flow .. Succulents would be the plants for that space. Good amount of light and they don't require too much water. Not to mention how visually stunning so many of them are.

He's in the USA and this is considered a very small home. Tiny houses are under 400 feet by most definitions, but I get what you're saying. Even some of the actual tiny homes (under 400) square feet are large in comparison to living quarters in some countries.
