So awesome! Glad you were able to finish it. I've done it the last two years and I agree with your sentiment at the end, it's one of the most physically exhausting things I've ever done. But the breathtaking views and the experience as a whole is definitely worth it.
Just did a very small part of this trail, came up from the Vista Ridge Trail to Cairn Basin. Can't wait to do the whole thing, thanks for sharing your journey!
Very nice video. Your filmography is really good. There was one sequencing error I thought, early on and I think your identification of Cloud Cap was incorrect. However, that didn't detract at all from 1) your story 2) your achievement and 3) the video quality. Kudos to you! Oh, if you're still having knee problems, you might want to see a podiatrist, it's pretty clear your left foot is somewhat flat which can cause knee issues, especially when carrying heavy loads...no, I'm not a doctor, I just have the same condition. I wear hiking boots for this reason...more support.
Great job! That was super inspiring to watch. Loved the static titles.
This was really awesome man! Look forward to you doing more!
The downhills are the killers, not the uphills.. as you've learned haha
Man, nice job gutting it through! Enjoyed the trip. Thank you for sharing the experience.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Ran across your video while researching for my trip this summer, makes me want to compete the trail that much more. Great work!

Agreed - definitely worth it. Planning on doing it again next year!

Much appreciated! I was actually thinking about seeing a foot doctor, gonna make an appointment for sure now. Thanks!
White River Canyon is my favorite place in the world
right on man! I did the Timberline in August of that year. Such a magical place. Your joke around 3:40 got me 🤣
Rock on. 🤙
And here I thought I was going to be the old man at 65, oh well!!
Great video, I enjoyed every second
Thanks!
Great Video Brother! Any advice on planning calorie intake/meals? I'm trying to start my way into solo hikes and this is my biggest worry.
Oh yeah
Great job!
Thank you!
I’ll go uphill all day, down hills destroy your knees. Out there we cannot choose though 🤷🏼♂️ trekking poles minimize the damage.
For sure! Worth it for all the views though :)
What time of the year did you hike the Timberline trail? Beautiful footage BTW.
Thanks! I went in August if I recall correctly.
