(Plus, in the in-game convos, Lash did call him Glowstick before Seven threatened to pop his eyes like grapes, so Lash reverted it, out of fear or lolz)

For example, people say "don't be a negative nancy". That's the most common phrase that uses this. This line in the game uses that concept. It's not exactly an adjective but it's more supposed to be a nickname.
