Hey great vid...I'm a newbie and I see you have an awesome coach. Please can you do some content about the technical stuff and what you are learning to do? Be great to get tips as my style is really stiff and I just wanna loosen up and let everything floooooooooww.

Thanks! Yes I’m very lucky that I do have an awesome coach. Sure, I could try.. What kind of technical stuff are you wanting to learn? In terms of the stiffness, that’ll work it’s way out over time. I used to be very stiff myself (you can see if you look back through my insta) but after lots of practice and repetition of the same jumps, eventually you do start feeling more comfortable and flow more easily over the jump. You’ll get your flow, it just takes time!

@@AliceinMTBlandhey, just like how to create speed, the approach and the pop etc. You go so fast that I don't know where to look!

When / where did you need to brake? I assumed you could just roll in to get the right speed but then you mentioned braking. Thanks.

I brake right at the top, just as I drop in, and then let go of the brake as I pass the tree. This works for me. 👍🏻
