I have to pick one module for uni, should I pick commercial law or company law? I don't have a personal preference because I don't know the difference lol, just wondered if you had any advice
I never studied commercial law, but did study company law at undergrad. From what I remember, company law was about the different kinds of companies you can find in the UK (e.g. partnerships, LLPs etc), and also covers things like directors duties. From what I've heard about commercial law modules (do double check this), is that you are studying about a various range of commercial matters a business may encounter e.g. their IP, employment and other transactions.
@@kerryvamussa5731 I don't really think so as you'll be dealing with the legal side of the commercial aspect and not the mathematical aspect as there are already accountants and other people for that matter
