I have suspicions that it's not the actual audio. I'm assuming they play to a track but I could be wrong. 00:40 for example, guitarist is clearly playing but it's not audible at all. Seems kinda suspect and I'm not down for it tbh
I seriously think Alpha wolf is very underrated and over shadowed by Dealer hype judging by the live Alpha wolf takes the cake but I still love both the bands but alpha wolf is so under appreciated
mega late reply but its because the only mics on stage that they're using are for drums and vocals they use all direct to the board stuff for their tones on guitar and bass(kempers etc) so they sound super clean and make for a really great-sounding recording like in this video. vocal mics generally don't capture too much stuff thats not going directly into it directionally, so unless theyre not pointing the mics toward the crowd it wont pick up much of that sound.
